This 12-Year solid Walnut plaque includes a customized Oak logo with the school's name laser-engraved onto an Oak plate. It also includes brass plates for each award year and a black-on-brass plate with an explanation of Adequate Yearly Progress. These awards are a terrific way to let visitors, parents, teachers, students, and administrators know that the school is attaining the goals set by the state and federal governments. Plaque is approximately 16 inches tall.
